We needed new carpet for 2 rooms in our home. It was between Carpet One and a competitor. I chose Carpet One because of the stellar customer service I received from Lee (store manager). I feel they had a great selection for the type of style I was looking for. All the places I shopped were comparable in price and Lee was willing to work with me. I would also like to mention they are open on Saturdays! I walked in without an appointment and felt like my business was appreciated. Lee had my best interest in mind…not the other way around. The installation was done quickly and professionally. The crew was in and out within 2 hours. I can walk away knowing I had a great experience and would recommend Carpet One to other people looking for new flooring.

Yea! Our carpet was installed today, and it looks terrific. The installers were on time and efficient, and managed to have just enough new carpet after the rooms and stairs to install new carpet in the under -the-stairs closet - so we didn’t use the old carpet (there was not enough padding, so they just replaced the carpet over the old pad - but we planned to do that anyway). I was concerned about dry rot on the backing of the old carpet after we brought it out.
The color is perfect. I could not be more pleased with how it looks, it blends in perfectly. I have forgotten how nice it is to walk on new carpet!
Jerry was able to paint all 4 closets since we placed our order (whew!)- so everything looks and smells new. The carpenter will soon put in new baseboards. I’m happy with all the ’new-ness’.
I am so thankful that you helped us make a good selection and save money too. There must be 10,000 choices in carpet - but I could not be happier - and I expect it to last well and love the new improved pad.

It wasn’t an easy installation. It required floor leveling and some detail cuts to fit to non-standard adobe walls. He came back after we moved to clean up and remove all the installation debris from both the carpet removal and file installation. I would use Ray’s again if we wanted more work done.”
